Delivery and Returns
Delivery ESDEER delivers only within Australia. All items are delivered using Australia Post Registered Mail Service, with delivery charges calculated automatically at checkout. Orders are usually dispatched within 48hrs, if for some reason this is not possible, we will contact you.
We give you the option of delivery to a seperate address to your nominated billing address. This allows you to take advantage of our service to deliver your gift Australia wide, all wrapped with a gift card attached. We do all the hard work for you. Follow the prompts to take advantage of this service. Please ensure the delivery address you provide is correct, otherwise a redelivery fee will apply.
Returns Policy - 14 Day Money Back Guarantee ESDEER carefully selects its products, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will happily provide a full refund or exchange your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in original condition, and undamaged packaging. Please contact sales@esdeer.com.au Credit card transaction fees and postage will not be refunded.
Damaged Products All our products are carefully selected and packed, so damages are rare. However, if this occurs, please contact us on sales@esdeer.com.au to organise return of goods, and we will issue you a replacement or refund. ESDEER accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost during transit by Australia Post or private carrier.
